Rider's Cycles Group Rides:

Monday Nighters:

Where: Every Monday night. This ride leaves the shop between 6 and 6:15PM every monday night. Meet at the Rider's Cycles parking lot

What to expect: This is a causal ride as well. Standard group ride format. Lots of fun! Pace between 25-35km/h and the average distance is 45km. We will also be creating some mapped out courses with sprints/hill for small item prizes, like water bottles, etc. If enough people come out of course.

Who: Road riders. Led by Andrew, Cam, Colin, or Shayne.

Current Status:

Tuesday Night Mountains:

Where: Every Tuesday night. This ride leaves the Hartland dump parking lot at 6:45pm.

What to expect: Intermediate mountain ride, tackling trails like: Snakes and Ladders, Nightshift, Little Face. Feel free to bring out your cyclocross bike, thats what Shayne rides.

Who: Mountain Bikers. Led by Shayne, Josh, Justin or Cam

Sunday Morning Junior Ride:

Where: Sunday Mornings at 9:30 or before meeting in the parking lot behind Rider's Cycles

What to expect: Easy ride for Juniors (under 18 years old) for the aspiring roadie. Generally no longer than 40km and 20km/h pace. Big emphasis on learning new skills like proper group ride etiquette

Who: Junior Road riders. This ride is led by Jairus Streight (one of our sponsored riders) with guests.

Isn't it time to give a bit back after those countless hours of riding the Dump?

Trail Maintenance at Hartland, third Sunday of each month, 8:45 a.m. sharp. Please send a note to trails@simbs.com by 9:00 a.m. the Friday before if you plan to attend so we have enough lunches.

Where? Meet at the Hartland parking lot.
